Our school catering provider is Hutchison Catering  

Our Food Explorers concept is designed to link nutritious fresh food with fun learning around the farm to fork journey. Our Food Explorer events are planned throughout the academic year providing interactivity with new flavour discoveries, healthy eating and worldwide food facts. 

Nutrition is at the heart of the menus that we develop at Hutchison Catering. We wholeheartedly aim to provide a balanced diet that is not only nutritious but also engaging with our young customers. 

A FREE school meal is available to all children in Reception classes and Years 1 and 2, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

Children in Years 3 to 6 still have to pay for lunch unless they are eligible for free school meals.  

Parents claiming certain benefits can apply for free school meals for any of their children who are registered at a Hartlepool school and who would normally be at school at lunch time.
