Hartlepool “Local Offer” of SEND Support

The intention of Hartlepool’s Local Offer is improve choice and transparency to enable families to make informed choices and have greater control over services they wish to access. By setting out a local offer of services for children and young people with special educational needs or who are disabled and their families, this will help them make choices about what is right for them over the services that their family receives, including the use of personal budgets.
