The intention of Hartlepool’s Local Offer is improve choice and transparency to enable families to make informed choices and have greater control over services they wish to access. The Local Authority has brought together useful information for children, young people with special educational needs and disability (SEND) and their families.

They have worked with the Parent Carer Forum (1Hart, 1Mind, 1Future) and other agencies to develop their offer.
